The network-wide competition “Best Teacher of the Year” has become a valued tradition for all members of NIS. The winner is selected by the competition jury, which includes AEO leadership, as well as directors of Centers and structural subdivisions.

In her professional practice, she combines modern technology, inclusive education principles, and deep subject-matter expertise, making a significant contribution to the development of STEM education in Kazakhstan.

As a certified expert in CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning), he conducts research on teaching natural sciences in English. His research findings have been presented at international ECER conferences (Bolzano, 2018; Yerevan, 2022) and at the International Scientific and Practical Conferences of AEO NIS (2015, 2019).
He is a member of the Kazakhstan Association of Educational Researchers (KERA).
