Selection cycle

Accreditation experts:

 

To take part in the selection process, once it has been announced by the CPM, candidates must, within the established timeframe, complete an application on the accreditation portal (iaa.cpi-nis.kz) and attach the following documents:

  1. a copy of an identity document;
  2. сopies of educational credentials and documents verifying any academic degrees, titles, qualification categories, or equivalent achievements;
  3. a detailed CV (in free format);
  4. other documents confirming professional competencies;
  5. certificate of employment (for external experts);
  6. a recommendation letter issued by the head of the organization or another competent person confirming the candidate’s professional and personal qualities, experience, and expertise in the relevant field. The letter must specify the candidate’s period of employment, main achievements, and recommendations for participation in expert activities (for external experts);
  7. certificates confirming language proficiency (if available).

 

The Coordinator of the Accreditation Body collects data on all candidates and forwards the materials to the Secretary of the Expert Council for Accreditation of Educational Organizations for further review. The results of the selection process are sent to candidates by email within 10 calendar days. Candidates who are not selected may reapply during the next selection round.

 

Certifying committees in assessing students’ academic achievements:

  • Review and evaluate candidate applications according to the above criteria set by the CPM.
  • Verify the absence of disciplinary sanctions, breaches of academic integrity, recommendations, and relevant professional experience.
  • The final decision is made by the expert group based on the totality of criteria.
