Selection cycle

The stages, deadlines, and requirements of the competitive selection are determined by the “Center for Educational Programs” branch in accordance with the goals and conditions of the Project.

The announcement includes the following information:

1. the main requirements for participants of the competitive selection;

2. the stages of the competition, including contact details: address, phone numbers, and email;

3. the deadline for document submission and the list of required documents;

4. other information not contradicting the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The acceptance of applications from participants intending to take part in the competitive selection ends 1 (one) working day before the selection process is conducted.

Procedure for Selecting Authors of Educational Resources

• The announcement for the competitive selection of individuals to participate in the development and revision of educational resources (textbooks, teaching and learning materials, digital educational resources, etc.) is published on the digital platform ustaz.nis.edu.kz. The announcement remains posted for no less than 15 calendar days.
• Applications are accepted within 10 working days from the date of the announcement and must include a CV, motivation letter, and — if applicable — a creative task.
• Submitted documents are reviewed by specialists from departments responsible for the development of curricula, lesson plans, textbooks, and teaching and learning materials, as well as for organizing training workshops. Based on the evaluation of the documents and compliance with qualification criteria, candidates may be invited to complete a creative task as the next stage of the selection process.
• Information on the results of the selection is communicated to candidates via their personal account on ustaz.nis.edu.kz and/or the email address provided during application.
