Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as foreign citizens residing in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, have the right to participate in the competitive selection.
Individuals wishing to take part in the competitive selection must submit their documents in electronic format to the office of the “Center for Educational Programs” branch, in the quantity and within the time frame specified in the competition announcement.
Failure to provide one of the documents specified in the announcement shall be grounds for rejecting the candidate from consideration at the Commission meeting.
Candidates may also provide additional information related to their education, work experience, professional level, and reputation (copies of professional development certificates, trainer certificates, portfolios, academic degrees and titles, references, recommendations, scientific publications, etc.).
